|Training:||4 hours of relevant training.|
|Eligibility Needed:||Relevant MC 11 s. 1996 Career Service Sub Professional / First Level Eligibility|
|Actual Duties and Responsibilities:||> Monitors timely and accurate submission of DTR, receiving and processing of Leave and CTO applications, request for Monetization of Leave credits, and updating of Leave cards. Also prepares the Report of Attendance and Statement of Leave Balances.|
> Prepares the Personnel Inventory reports for submission to oversight agencies.
> Maintains the HRM Database.
> Ensures the accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing documents of the HR Unit.
> Provides support in the discharge of Recruitment, Selection, and Placement functions.
> Prepares HR-related communications such as: Letters, Office orders, and Memoranda.
> Performs other tasks as assigned.
