In light of the various capacity building projects of NBDB to train and equip stakeholders in the publishing industry in the regions particularly, the content creators, the National Book Development Board is developing training modules for regional participants and for the trainers. The developed modules are part of the NBDB deliverables to ensure that the regional trainings of the “Booklatan sa Bayan are standardized, relevant and adapted to the needs of the target participants.

To ensure the success of the program through effective selection of experts, content developers and editors, the NBDB is opening the Call for a Content Editor and a Language Editor for the following Modules:

• “Writing Stories for Children”
December, 2020
• “Illustrating Stories for Children”
December, 2020

The Office of the Executive Director- Module Development (OED- Module Development) of the NBDB shall review all documents received and notify successful candidate within five (5) working days after the closing date of the call. The Editors will be paid a professional fee commensurate to his/her level of competency and expertise.
