Functions :
· Supervise the implementation of programs, projects and activities related to administrative and finance division;

Functions:
• Make representations pertinent to the legal concerns of the agency such as prosecuting and defending civil, criminal, labor and other cases on behalf or against the agency before judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative bodies;
• Prepare responses to queries and complaints and render legal opinion/assistance/support in the preparation of contracts, deeds, including the notarization of documents;
• Undertake research/studies and make representations pertinent to the legal concerns of the agency;
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Information Systems Analyst II (SG 16)

• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements;
• Manage the set-up and configuration of systems;
• Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process;
• Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of the systems and databases;
• Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed; and
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
