SCRIPTWRITER for NBDB Reading Campaign Video

(Php10,000, subject to tax)

Scope of Work:

• Provide a creative brief on or before August 15, 2016;
• Provide a full script for a 3 to 5-minute reading campaign video;
• Script should contain visual text content and/or VO;
• Directly report to the NBDB secretariat the progress of work;
• Minimum of two (2) revisions to final output;
• Duration of contract: Until September 30, 2016.
