This project is initiated by the NCCA National Committee on Cultural Education members, headed by Dr. Vicente Handa, with Carlo Ebeo, as Project Director. This web series is in partnership with the Department of Education and the Cultural Center of the Philippines. This will be hosted and moderated by NCCED Member, Prof. Rodel Bugarin.
