> Provides necessary support services in the preparation of workplans, programs, and projects of the division;
> Undertakes in coordination with agency units concerning basic and necessary research and studies for the formulation and development of plans, programs, and projects;
> Prepares plans, program/project reports, and other related documents; and performs such other related functions as may be assigned by proper authority.
