Actual Duties and Responsibilities:>Prepares briefs and recommendations for policy interventions on key issues affecting the book publishing industry.
>Conducts public consultations, interviews, focus group discussions, and similar activities necessary for the formulation, refinement, and evaluation of relevant policies.
>Provides technical assistance in the form of guidelines creation and recommendations, attendance in technical working groups, and others to relevant partner agencies and the agency’s other divisions.
>Monitors and reviews policies and pending existing legislation relevant to the book publishing industry, the agency, and its stakeholders and prepares periodic reports thereon.
>Perform other work as may be assigned from time to time by the Division Chief.
