Actual Duties and Responsibilities:> Collaborate with agencies on co-managing and branding International Events
> Manage with PDO V and PDO IV all event needs from branding, agenda design, and content creation for international fairs
> Plan and coordinate logistics for – staffing, registration, travel, staff housing, exhibit maintenance, inventory, and shipping of international fairs
> Manage pre-show outreach, advertising, and the scheduling of one-on-one meetings at external events.
> Assist the PDO V and PDO IV in coordinating inter-agency work, projects, and activities concerning international trade events;
> Assist the PDO V and PDO IV in coordinating with DTI, NCCA, DepEd, CITEM, DCP, DFA, and other national government agencies in international trade events;
> Coordinate with the publishing sector for international trade events;
> Organize documents, files, and other materials for international projects and activities; and
> Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
