| Actual Duties and Responsibilities: | > Conceptualizes, develops, and recommends strategies of the agency’s communications, marketing, and public relations; > Leads on the implementation of an effective program promotions and marketing; > Formulate policies, systems, and guidelines to address communication needs of NBDB; > Establish linkage and partnership with media and public relations entities, as well as with national government offices and other line organizations to promote programs, projects, and activities; > Supervises and evaluates the performance of the division and its members. > Performs other tasks as assigned. |
