| Actual Duties and Responsibilities: | 1. Oversee the division in the research, formulation, implementation, and analysis of NBDB-related policies and guidelines developed by the NBDB: > Lead the technical-level identification and prioritization of policy formulation activities to be undertaken by PIRD; > Recommend/review recommended policy solutions on identified issues based on policy notes/papers prepared; > Review/revise PIRD staff’s draft NBDB-related policy instruments > Recommend/review recommended updates or improvements on PPP-related policies and guidelines developed by the PPPC. 2. Recommend/review inputs to draft policy instruments of various external stakeholders (e.g., bills, Executive Orders, Implementing Rules and Regulations, NEDA Board Resolutions, Memorandum Circulars, etc.) 3. Represent the NBDB in discussions/meetings relating to NBDB-related policy matters 4. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time. 5. Prepare the Work and Financial Plan of PIRD, with assistance from the PDO IV. |
