Actual Duties and Responsibilities:> Closely coordinates with the Civil Service Commission, Department of Budget and Management, and other government agencies on personnel-related matters, and for special services;
> Reviews HR-related reports for submission to CSC, COA, DBM, and other agencies;
> Develops and monitors the agency SPMS and reviews summary list of individual performance ratings for approval of the Executive Director;
> Conceptualizes/designs project proposal concerning human resource management and development;
> Designs the annual Learning and Development Plan and monitors the implementation of internal and external training;
> Supervises HRMO III in development and management of all HR processes;
> Reviews the employee incentives and other allowances;
> Evaluates HR policies, memorandum or guidelines for approval of the Executive Director;
> Performs other tasks as assigned
